What type of transmission fluid goes in my Corvette manual transmission?

The transmission takes 80w or 90w90 GLS. Fill till you spill. About 2.1 pints. The over drive unit takes Automatic Transmission Fluid. Fill till you spill, about 3.4 pints.T-56 Borg Warner (1997-2004)
